Hello, I’m Chris, welcome to my blog and all that.

So, after thinking about it off and on for years, I’ve finally gotten around to starting a blog. (Haven’t had a personal webpage in around ten years. Maybe more.) It should be the usual mix of stuff — random thoughts, various little projects and experiments, personal news, etc.

Technology-wise, I’m running Byteflow, a Django-based blog engine. It’s pretty easy to work with, and the community around it has been really helpful.

A blog post about starting a blog is awkward to write and really only serves to tell someone reading through the archives that they’ve made it to the beginning. So, wrapping up: you’ve made it; there’s nothing earlier than this.
